Start in Frankfurt and have a night to explore, before setting out for Cologne, where the Rhine River runs under the beautiful bridge leading to the cathedral that makes the city’s skyline instantly recognizable. From there, you’ll get to make your way to nautical Hamburg, which is run through with canals and home to an impressive port.

Then, you’ll make it to Berlin. This lively city offers an amazing nightlife, wonderful history, and plenty of opportunities for sight-seeing, shopping, and trying out the delicious food! After two nights there, make way for the charming medieval city of Erfurt for one night, then return to Frankfurt for your last night.

Day 05 :
Berlin

Be sure to indulge in some of the local cuisine as well, like delicious pretzels and excellent German beer.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing Berlin for Potsdam, one of Europe’s most amazing royal cities. Stop in at the splendid Sanssouci Palace and Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and head to Erfurt to finish up the day.

Known as “Thuringian Rome” due to its amazing architectural beauty, Erfurt offers medieval charm along its city’s streets, which sit at the cross roads of ancient German and European trade routes. Be sure to stop by the Merchants’ Bridge, or Kramerbrucke, which hosts the most inhabited structures of any bridge in Europe.
