For your first day you may want to get a taste of the past with a visit to Plaka, the oldest district of Athens. This historic highlight is located under the Acropolis and is the only district where visitors may see the Greek capital as it was 100 years ago!

After breakfast, discover the secrets of ancient Athens on your sightseeing tour!
Spend the rest of your day at leisure. In the evening, head back to Syntagma Square; the square comes alive with lights, energy, and a slew of locals and tourists enjoying the Greek way of life.
Athens Sightseeing Tour (with Acropolis)
Discover the secrets of Athens, including its famous Acropolis on your sightseeing tour! Your expert guide will take you to see the center of the city, the Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library.
On your way to the Acropolis you will see the Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and will make a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Modern Olympic Games were held in 1896.
On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally the famous Parthenon.
Your first taste of Athens would not be complete without a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a modern architectural building where, at last, the statues have found their home. Here, you can admire the wonders and architectural masterpieces of the classical era.
Today, the sea beckons! Embark on your 3-night cruise to the Greek Islands.
Your first port of call is the famous cosmopolitan Island of Mykonos (arrive at approximately 6:00pm), with its whitewashed cubic houses, windmills and chapels.
Discover the Hora, the capital of the island with its beautiful narrow cobbled streets, chic boutiques, elegant nightclubs and cafes. Grab a drink in “Little Venice,” a charming corner of Mykonos town where you can enjoy the view provided by the iconic windmills.

Today, you’ll make two stops along your cruise – Kusadasi in Turkey and Patmos Island in Greece – each overflowing with incredible beauty and history.
Arrive at the port of Kusadasi (arrive at approximately 7:30am) on the Turkish coast, where you can visit the various stores of the Kusadasi port. While in Kusadasi, you will embark on your included “Ancient Ephesus through the Ages” tour.
At 1:00pm, set sail to your next destination: the Island of Patmos, where Saint John the Divine wrote the Book of Revelations. Arrive in Patmos at approximately 5:45pm, and enjoy your free time in the picturesque town of Scala port. Join the optional excursions or explore at your leisure.
Cruise ship departs from Patmos, to your next port of call, Rhodes, at 9:30pm.

Ancient Ephesus Through the Ages
Take a walk through history as you discover relics of the Hellenistic, Roman, and Early Christian era on your tour through ancient Ephesus! Visit the iconic Agora, where important governmental decisions were made.
Discover the ruins of the 117 AD Library of Celsus, one of the city’s most beautiful and iconic structures, then walk the marble-paved 4th-century Street of the Kouretes.
You’ll even make a stop at the Baths of Scholastica, built in the 1st century and restored in the 4th century. Additional points of interest include the Houses of the Patricians, the Trajan’s Fountain, the Temple of Hadrian, and of course, the 4th-century BC Great Theater!
Arrive early in the morning (approximately 7:00am) at the Island of Knights – Rhodes. Snake through the winding alleys of the medieval town, strolling the Street of the Knights with its fascinating buildings, towers, turrets, and famous facades.
You may want to pop into the Gothic Grand Master’s Palace – don’t forget to stop by the picturesque courtyard!
While in Rhodes, you’ll embark on a medieval tour through Lindos.
Your cruise departs from Rhodes to Crete, at 6:00pm.

Medieval Tour – Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights
Discover Lindos and experience the remnants of its glorious past! A former major naval power in the ancient times, Lindos is a beautiful blend of ancient glory with medieval influence.
See the famous Acropolis, whose Doric outline dominates the skyline. Pass by the mansions of the wealthy sea captains, ranging from simple two-story houses to elaborate Gothic mansions. Explore the Church of the Virgin Mary, with its high walls and picturesque courtyard.
Today’s first port of call is the Island of Crete and its capital Heraklion (arrive at approximately 7:00am). You’ll have the morning free to explore Crete, the largest island in Greece teeming with culture and history.
At approximately 4:30pm, arrive at your last port of call, Santorini. Be greeted by the island’s spectacular caldera, created by the eruption of the island’s volcano in ancient times. Here you’ll disembark, and will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Your cruise departs from Crete to Santorini, your last port of call, at 12:00pm.

Pay a visit to the traditional village of Oia, the most photographed place in Greece, best known for its breath-taking sunsets. Small white houses tier the hillside, interspersed by splashes of rich okra, deep fuchsia, cobalt blue, oyster pink and earthy red – making Oia a magical place.
It’s a nightly tradition for residents and visitors to gather at the end of the village to watch the spectacular sunset – and chances are you’ll enjoy it so much, you’ll be back again the next night!
Spend another day exploring stunning Santorini. Melt away the stresses at one of the island’s breathtaking beaches, whose colorful sands are the result of volcanic eruption. You may also want to explore the ancient artifacts at the Prehistoric Museum in Fira.
In the evening, indulge in a light dinner at one of the many cafes overlooking the Caldera, dining on the fresh, local Mediterranean cuisine and taking in the amazing views!
After breakfast you will be met and transferred to the ferry dock in Santorini, where you’ll board the high-speed hydrofoil ferry to Athens (Piraeus).
Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Athens, for your last night. The rest of the day is at leisure; you might want to so some shopping on the renowned Ermou, Kolonaki and Voukourestiou Streets, or perhaps visit the Benaki Museum.
You can also make your way up to Mount Lycabettus for a stunning view over the Aegean.
