Madrid, Seville and Barcelona might be in Spain, but these three cities couldn’t be more different. Discover each city’s unique culture and history, from flamenco in Seville, tapas in Madrid and whimsical architecture in Barcelona.

On arrival, you will be met by your English-speaking driver and transferred privately to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to begin exploring the city. Start your time in Madrid on a sweet note by indulging in a plate of the city’s most iconic dessert – churros con chocolate!

In the evening, head to the city’s most vibrant square, Puerta de Sol. The streets will be alive with lights, street performers, and locals heading to their favorite tapas bars for a snack before starting the evening’s festivities.

Day 02 :
Madrid

In the morning, following your buffet breakfast, you’ll embark on a comprehensive city tour!

The remainder of the day is yours at leisure. In the evening, why not head to the city’s most popular neighborhood for tapas tasting, La Latina! Treat yourself to a sip and snack at one tapas bar, then sample the one next door until you’ve had your fill!

Madrid City Tour & Royal Palace – Half Day Tour

This comprehensive city tour will showcase some of the city’s most popular and interesting sites! Stops include Plaza de Oriente, Plaza de Espana, Mayor Street, Plaza de la Villa and Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Neptuno, Atocha, Puerta de Alcala y Calle Alcala, the memorial Retiro Park, the Bullring, Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium and Plaza Colon, where you’ll see grand avenues that lead to the four towers that have given a new look to Madrid’s skyline.

After your panoramic visit of the city of Madrid, you’ll be taken on a guided tour of the majestic Royal Palace, a beautiful exponent of the 18th century, and one of the best preserved palaces in all of Europe.

Day 03 :
Madrid

Madrid is famous for its art – so perhaps pay a visit to the Prado Museum, home to masterworks of Goya, Velazquez and El Greco; the 19th century Villahermosa Palace, now the Thyssen-Bornemizsa Museum; or the Reina Sofia Art Centre, showcasing more than 300 modern works by Dali, Miro, and Picasso among others.

Time willing, take a walk through the city’s Malasaña district, home to local artists, eclectic boutiques, and a vibrant nightlife.

Your last night in Spain’s capital is the perfect occasion to treat yourself to a flamenco show; be sure to book your tickets ahead of time to ensure a good seat!

After breakfast, make your way to the train station in Madrid, to pick up the high-speed train to Seville. Situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, Seville enjoys a rich Moorish heritage, with many streets, squares and and historic quarters boasting UNESCO World Heritage designation.

Once checked-in and settled at your hotel, take a walk around town! Pass by locals performing flamenco on the streets, musicians treating passersby to ballads on the Spanish guitar, or simply the breathtaking buildings sprinkled throughout the city.

Day 05 :
Seville

Take advantage of Seville’s many peñas, or flamenco social clubs – the grand finale includes an opportunity for audience members to hop on the stage and join in on the flamenco fun!

Seville City Tour & River Cruise

Enjoy a guided tour of the most emblematic monuments of Seville: the University, the Old Tobacco Factory, and the setting of Bizet’s opera Carmen. You will then see the Plaza de España, the centerpiece of the 1929 Iberoamerican Exposition, followed by the famous building known as the Queen’s Sewing Box, “El Costurero de la Reina,” San Telmo Palace and the Triana neighborhood.

Then discover Santa Cruz, the famous Jewish quarter: a labyrinth of narrow streets, which lead to the gorgeous Plaza de los Venerables.

Finally your tour concludes with a lovely river cruise, offering a completely different vantage point from which to observe this beautiful city. On board we can see first-hand the untouched sides of the Golden Tower, the famous Calle Betis, the Bullring and Triana Bridge – the oldest in the city, designed by none other than Gustav Eiffel.

Day 06 :
Seville

Seville is a city of leisure, so take advantage of the lax lifestyle by spending the day unwinding and taking in the energy of the city! Treat yourself to a boat ride in Plaza de España, enjoy a ride on a horse-drawn carriage through the city, or perhaps get lost in the breathtaking Maria Luisa Park.

Take the high-speed rail today from Seville to Barcelona – Spain’s Catalonian capital! After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is free for you to explore the city.

Perhaps spend time tracing the famous works of Antoni Gaudi, like the Parc Guell and Casa Batllo. Stroll the pedestrian streets in the old quarter, shop and people-watch in the busy Las Ramblas neighborhood, take a walk along the beautiful seafront, and most importantly, take full advantage of Barcelona’s fabulous cuisine and Spanish wines!

Day 08 :
Barcelona

Start the day off with a half-day tour of Barcelona’s highlights!

In the evening, head to the city’s famous Magic Fountain and be treated to a spectacular water show filled with music, vibrant colors, and streams of water that dance to the beat.

Barcelona Classic City Highlights

See the very best of Barcelona on this half-day guided tour that takes you to such landmark sites as Via Layetana, the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter and Plaza Sant Jaume, as well through the Port and Olympic Village, and Barcelona’s most famous beach – La Barceloneta.

From there you’ll visit Montjuic for its amazing and commanding views of the city and the port from the highest mirador (or gazebo) in the city. You will tour the Olympic Stadium and Sant Jordi Palace, and will experience Barcelona’s Spanish Village, with 117 buildings typical of all regions of Spain, including restaurants, shops and craft workshops.

Day 09 :
Barcelona

Today you have a full, free day to explore Barcelona. Following breakfast, a good place to begin is in the city’s Old Town area, crossed by Barcelona’s most famous avenue, Las Ramblas, full of interesting sites. From there, stroll to the Barri Gotic (Gothic Quarter), where the 13th century Gothic Cathedral is located.

No trip to Barcelona is complete without a visit to the Sagrada Familia! This awe-inspiring structure has been under construction for 150 years, and remains in the works to this day. Don’t forget to stop by the crypt where the architect Antoni Gaudi himself is buried!

Spend your last evening in Spain by sampling the cuisines of the city at the bustling Boqueria market, located directly off the La Rambla strip. Be sure to try Barcelona’s signature dish, paella, before heading back to your accommodation.

Your tour of Spain’s traditional cities comes to an end today. Following breakfast, you will be transferred back to the airport, for your return flight home.
